Officials aren’t saying much about the case of a man charged with multiple felonies for an alleged sexual attack against a 14-year-old person in North Tonawanda Friday.
Robert W. Miller, 32, 2013 River Road, Niagara Falls, was arrested Friday and charged with one count first-degree criminal sexual act, one count second-degree criminal sexual act and second degree burglary.
He was arraigned in North Tonawanda City Court Friday on the charges and entered a plea of not guilty.
Miller is scheduled to appear back in court Thursday, to establish his right to obtain a public defender, Judge William Lewis said.
Bail was set at $10,000 by Judge Thomas Burgasser at the time the defendant was arraigned. According to Lewis, Miller opted to retain a bondsman for that amount and was released.
