HARASSMENT: Peter D. Kosztowniak, 23, 47 Frederick Road, was arrested Sunday for second-degree harassment. He was held for court.
DWI: Cristopher M. Dan, 37, 25 Lisbon Ave., Apt. 2, Buffalo, was arrested Sunday for possession of a controlled substance, DWI, driving left of pavement markings and refusal to take a breath test. He was stopped after police observed his vehicle swerve over the double yellow lines while headed south on Delaware Street near Eugene Street. A search of Dan’s car revealed a pill later identified as Lortab. He was held for court.
STOLEN PROPERTY: Johnny R. Williams, 17, 129 Hagen St., Buffalo, was arrested Sunday evening for fifth-degree possession of stolen property. He allegedly stole a bicycle for the second time in as many weeks. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
DWI: Courtney N. MacLeod, 19, 107 Harrison Ave., Town of Tonawanda, was arrested early Sunday for aggravated DWI, driving on the shoulder and possession of marijuana. She was allegedly observed swerving while driving on the Twin City Memorial Highway near Young Street. MacLeod was found to have a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent. She was held for court.
HARASSMENT: Justin D. McCutcheon, 21, 24 Longs Ave., Apt. 3, was arrested late Saturday for second-degree harassment and second-degree obstructing government administration. He was held for court.
ROBBERY: Kyle Tressier, 16, 25 Simson St., was arrested Saturday for third-degree robbery and resisting arrest after allegedly taking a skateboard and money from youths at the Ives Pond skate park.
North Tonawanda
DWI: Thomas J. Kerr, 21, 5386 Murphy Road, Lockport, was arrested Sunday for DWI near the intersection of Tremont and Oliver streets. Kerr’s blood alcohol content was found to be 0.14 percent. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
HARASSMENT: Kish A. Mosher, 38, 116 Robert Drive, Apt. 2, was arrested Sunday for harassment. He was held for court.

DWI: William J. Lord, 45, 123 North Main St., Lyndonville, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely Sunday. At 3:22 a.m., the patrol saw a vehicle enter into the westbound lane of Lockport Road and cross the solid double yellow line when approaching the intersection of Shawnee Road. According to the report, Niagara County Sheriff’s deputies detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. Lord had glassy eyes, impaired motor skills and slurred speech. He failed sobriety tests. The patrol arrested Lord and brought him to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office where he was administered a breathalyzer test that resulted in a 0.24 percent blood alcohol content. Lord had been convicted of DWI within the past 10 years and was charged with felony DWI.
