DWI: Winona H. Chase, 30, 410 Walck Road, North Tonawanda, was arrested early Sunday for felony DWI, two counts of aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, contempt, license restriction violations, driving on the shoulder and making an improper left turn. Police stopped the car she was driving just after 4 a.m. near the intersection of Delaware and Young streets. A police report notes that upon officers’ request for her license and registration, Chase proclaimed: “I’m just trying to get home so I can get some (sex).”
Chase’s blood-alcohol content was found to be 0.13 percent. She was charged with contempt because a male passenger was found to be the subject of a mutual restraining order.
WARRANT: Rachael E. Walworth, 30, 241 Fareway Ave., Grand Island, surrendered Monday on a warrant for third-degree menacing and second-degree harassment.
WARRANTS: Zacahaira A. Anthony, 18, 332 Vandervoort St., and Dean A. Anthony, 19, 329 Oliver St., each surrendered Monday on warrants for second-degree harassment. Each was released after being issued an appearance ticket.
North Tonawanda
LARCENY: Jessica L. Carbonneau, 19, 546 Mazda Terrace, was arrested Monday for grand larceny, trespassing and fifth-degree conspiracy. She is being held in lieu of $750 bail.
LARCENY: Kara A. Wagner, 17, and Amanda L. Fero, 20 both of 760 B Street, Dorwood Trailer Park, Ransomville, were each arrested Monday for grand larceny, trespassing and fifth-degree conspiracy. Each is being held in lieu of $750 bail.
DWI: Deanna L. Masich, 40, 328 Robert Drive, Apt. 6, was arrested Sunday for aggravated DWI and possession of a controlled substance near Oliver Street and 16th Avenue. Her blood alcohol content was found to be 0.18 percent. She is being held in lieu of $750 bail.
OBSTRUCTION: James C. Haynes, 38, 164 Wheatfield St., Apt. 2, was arrested Sunday for obstructing government administration and harassment. He was held for court.
Town of Tonawanda
DWI: Dustin J. Muscato was charged with DWI and an equipment violation at 4:18 a.m. Sunday. Muscato was stopped for driving without headlights when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Muscato allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.14 percent blood alcohol content. Muscato was held for court.
DWI: Theresa M. Catalano was charged with DWI, failure to keep right and refusing to take a breath test at 12:45 a.m. Sunday. Catalano was stopped for weaving when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Catalano allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and refused a chemical breath. Catalano is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
TRESPASS: Eric J. Kowalczyk was charged with third-degree criminal trespass at 11:57 p.m. Friday. Kowalczyk was allegedly discovered in someone’s fenced in backyard and was held for court.
