DWI: Vasiliy Kondratyuk was charged at 7 p.m. Monday with DWI, second-degree possession of a forged instrument and various traffic violations. Kondratyuk was stopped for having a loose front license plate when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. A closer inspection showed the plate to be a paper copy. Kondratyuk allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.14 percent blood alcohol content. Kondratyuk was held for court.

LARCENY: James E. Hinchey, 17, 408 Schenck St., was arrested Tuesday for fifth-degree possession of stolen property, petit larceny and third-degree trespassing. He was released on his own recognizance.
LARCENY: Justin M. Starkweather, 17, 21 Wheatfield St., Apt. 2, was arrested Tuesday for fifth-degree possession of stolen property, petit larceny and third-degree trespassing. He was released on his own recognizance.
DRUGS: Christopher J. Wright, 25, 1563 Nash Road, was arrested Tuesday for possession of marijuana, failure to notify DMV of change of address and failure to yield. He was released after being issued an appearance ticket.
CONTEMPT: Michael W. Wagner, 47, 241 Fredericka St., was arrested Tuesday for second-degree contempt, first-degree contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment. He is being held in lieu of $300 bail.
DISORDERLY: Richard W. King, 51, 495 River Road, Room 6, was arrested Tuesday for disorderly conduct. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
