Town police arrested a man early Friday for allegedly trying to bother his neighbors. Officers were summoned to Andrew Bandelli’s home at approximately 5:49 a.m. and found the man playing loud music, screaming and throwing his body against the refrigerator, according to reports. He told police he was angry with them and with his neighbors, who called in a domestic dispute occurring at the home. Bandelli told officers he was trying to keep the neighbors up all night because his family had left after police were called the first time. Bandelli was arrested and held overnight, charged with second-degree harassment and a noise ordinance violation.

FALSE PERSONATION: Eli Clark, 18, 55 Evelyn St., Buffalo, was arrested early Sunday for false personation after allegedly giving officers a fake name during a traffic stop. Clark was found to have an outstanding warrant issued in the Town of Tonawanda. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
DRUGS: James H. Hojnowski, 43, 273 North St., North Tonawanda, was arrested Saturday for possession of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket.

DWI: Bradley W. Coughlin, 20, 57 Cedar St., was arrested Sunday morning for DWI and running a red light on Main Street. Coughlin’s blood alcohol content was found to be 0.16 percent. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

DWI: Patrick J. Ryan was charged with DWI, speeding, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and refusing to take a breat test at 4:33 a.m. Sunday. Ryan was stopped for speeding when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Ryan allegedly failed three of six field sobriety tests and refused a chemical breath test. Ryan was held for court.
DWI: Peggy S. Marinaro, 44, was charged with DWI and speding at 3:12 a.m. Saturday. Marinaro was stopped for speeding when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Marinaro allegedly failed field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.08 percent blood alcohol content. She was held for court.
DWI: Jason E. Askew, 27, was charged with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and running a red light at 3:33 a.m. Saturday. Askew was stopped for running a red light and weaving when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Askew failed field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.14 percent blood alcohol content. He was held for court.
DWI: Tyler J. Sunderville was charged with DWI and failure to keep right at 4:20 a.m. Friday. Sunderville was stopped for swerving when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Sunderville failed field sobriety tests and refused a chemical breath test. Sunderville was held for court.
DWI: Mark D. Gabioud was charged with DWI at 4:58 a.m. Friday. Gabioud was questioned following a reckless operation call when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Gabioud failed field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.15 percent blood alcohol content. He was held for court.
