DWI: Rachel A. Price was charged with DWI and endangering the welfare of a child at 3:07 p.m. Wednesday. Price was stopped after a caller told police she had picked her child up from school “reeking” of alcohol when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. The officer found her four-year-old son in a car seat in the back of the vehicle. Price allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.12 percent blood alcohol content. Price was held for court and child protective services was informed of the incident.
