DWI: Erica L. Gonzalez was charged with aggravated DWI and speeding at 1:59 a.m. Thursday. Gonzalez was stopped for speeding when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Gonzalez allegedly failed multiple field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.19 percent blood alcohol content. Gonzalez was held for court.

DWI-DRUGS: Brandon D. Meyer, 20, 6245 Ward Road, Sanborn, was arrested for driving while intoxicated by drugs at 12:35 a.m. Thursday. Officers observed a vehicle fail to yield the right of way at the intersection of Twin Cities Memorial Highway and Christiana Street and a traffic stop was initiated. Meyer was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
WARRANT: Ronald E. Soforic, 52, 564 North Ave., was arrested Friday on a warrant for failure to pay a fine stemming from an aggravated unlicensed operation charge. He was released on $200 bail.
LARCENY: Timothy J. Miller, 17, 120 North Marion St., and Christopher T. Ripley, 17, 140 Main St. #9, were arrested at 12:03 a.m. Friday on charges of petit larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. Both are being held in lieu of $500 bail. While still in police custody, Miller was also charged with criminal trespass in the third degree.
WARRANT: Thomas L. Jay, 39, 223 Schenck St., was arrested at 12:22 a.m. Friday on a warrant for contempt stemming from an incident in September. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
DWI: Wayne M. Braniff, 63, 4020 Lockport Ave., was charged with felony DWI at 3:18 a.m. Friday after officers observed a vehicle Braniff was operating was parked halfway in the roadway at the intersection of Tremont and Main streets. Upon investigation, officers determined Braniff was intoxicated and a chemical breath test indicated a 0.13 percent blood alcohol content. He was also charged with operating a vehicle in violation of restrictions. He is being held in lieu of $750 bail.
LARCENY: Melissa A. Jesse, 20, 259A Stenzil St. #2, was charged with petit larceny at 1:53 p.m. Friday after officers responded to the Meadow Drive Tops on a report of larceny. Investigation determined Jesse was in possession of five Hallmark cards and a package of Halloween stickers that she had not paid for. She was released on hr own recognizance.
