POSSESSION: Eric D. Lovern, 20, and Raymond L. Belliveau, 19, both of East Street, Buffalo, were arrested at 7:05 p.m. Thursday after they drove two motorcyles without helmets on a foot path restricted to vehicles and past a police retirement party at the Niawanda Park pavilion. Lovern was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, no insurance, driving without a license and possession of marijuana. Belliveau was charged with possession of marijuana and several traffic violations. Both were stopped by on-duty officers and released on appearance tickets.
SUSPENDED: Jamal T. Norware, 24, William Price Parkway, Buffalo was charged at 12 a.m. Friday on Main Street with suspended registration, speeding and no insurance. He was released on an appearance ticket.
WARRANT: Bridget M. Buseman, 22, Hopkins Road, Getzville, was arrested on a warrant for a stolen credit card and charged at 11:15 a.m. Friday with third-degree forgery and third-degree identity theft. Police said she is accused of using her mother’s credit card June 24 at a Tops Friendly Market on Niagara Street. She was held for court.
MISCHIEF: Shannon D. Hougton, 43, 84 Robert Drive, Apt. 3, was charged 3:47 p.m. Thursday following a domestic incident with third-degree criminal mischief. She was held for court.
CONTEMPT: Michael J. Berryman, 36, 57 Moulton Ave., Buffalo, was picked up on a warrant and charged at 2 p.m. Thursday with second-degree criminal contempt. He was released on $250 bail.
LARCENY: Natey K. Adjei, 23, 142 Pheasant Run Road, Amherst, was charged at 9:30 a.m. Friday with petit larceny. Adjei was held for court.
LARCENY: Yvonda G. King, 45, 57 Marshall St., Buffalo, was charged at 11:39 a.m. Friday with petit larceny. She was released on $100 bail.
