Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Zachary A. Roberts, 19, of Lindsay Place, North Tonawanda, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant for disorderly conduct. He was held for court. 

Town of Tonawanda

DWI: Dashun A. Young was arrested Tuesday for DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Young refused a breath test, and is being held in lieu of $500 bail.

DWI: Adam J. Lawrence was arrested Monday for DWI, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate and passing a red light. He refused a breath test and was issued traffic tickets. 

North Tonawanda

HARASSMENT: Brian C. Helton, 40, of Clarence, was picked up on a warrant on Fifth Street and charged at 9:45 a.m. Wednesday with second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal contempt. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Amanda A. Burnham, 27, 48 Fifth Ave., was charged at 9 a.m. Wednesday with second-degree possession of a forgery instrument and petit larceny. She was held for court. 

WARRANT: Eric J. Greene, 42, 96 Berwyn Ave., Buffalo, was charged at 1:08 p.m. Wednesday with second-degree aggravated harassment for a Jan. 8 incident. He was held for court.
