Tonawanda News — Town of Tonawanda

DWI: Andrew C. Messina was arrested Sunday for DWI, failure to keep right and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. He hit a light pole and his blood alcohol content was 0.10 percent. He was issued traffic tickets. 

DWI: Alexander J. Alloy was arrested Saturday for DWI, DWAI and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway. He was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Gregory J. Diehl was arrested Saturday for aggravated DWI and failure to yield right of way. He allegedly rear-ended another vehicle and his blood alcohol level was 0.18 percent. He was issued appearance tickets. 

FALSELY REPORTING: Christina M. Allein was arrested Friday for third-degree falsely reporting an incident to law enforcement. She was issued an appearance ticket. 

DWI: Terry M. Adamczyk Jr. was arrested Friday for aggravated DWI and failing to stop at a red light. His blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

DRUGS: Robert J. Sullivan was arrested Thursday for unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to stop at a stop sign. He was issued an appearance and traffic ticket. 

DWI: Irma R. Escalera was arrested Wednesday for a felony DWI. Escalera was issued an appearance ticket.  

DWI: Matthew D. McIntosh was arrested Tuesday for DWI, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision and an illegal signal. His blood alcohol level was 0.13 percent.

City of Tonawanda 

DWI: Duwaun I. Richardson, 40, of Goemble Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Sunday for DWI, speeding, passing a stop sign and window tint violations. He refused a breath test and was held for court.

LARCENY: Kaitlyn M. Haines, 20, of Douglas Street, was arrested Sunday on two counts of petit larceny. She allegedly stole money from a family member and was held for court. 


FORGERY: Nicholas A. Shearer, 20, was arrested Thursday for third-degree forgery, petit larceny and criminal contempt. He is being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
