DWI: Andrew C. Messina was arrested Sunday for DWI, failure to keep right and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. He hit a light pole and his blood alcohol content was 0.10 percent. He was issued traffic tickets. 

DWI: Alexander J. Alloy was arrested Saturday for DWI, DWAI and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway. He was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Gregory J. Diehl was arrested Saturday for aggravated DWI and failure to yield right of way. He allegedly rear-ended another vehicle and his blood alcohol level was 0.18 percent. He was issued appearance tickets. 

FALSELY REPORTING: Christina M. Allein was arrested Friday for third-degree falsely reporting an incident to law enforcement. She was issued an appearance ticket. 

DWI: Terry M. Adamczyk Jr. was arrested Friday for aggravated DWI and failing to stop at a red light. His blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

DRUGS: Robert J. Sullivan was arrested Thursday for unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to stop at a stop sign. He was issued an appearance and traffic ticket. 

DWI: Irma R. Escalera was arrested Wednesday for a felony DWI. Escalera was issued an appearance ticket.  

DWI: Matthew D. McIntosh was arrested Tuesday for DWI, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision and an illegal signal. His blood alcohol level was 0.13 percent.

City of Tonawanda 

DWI: Duwaun I. Richardson, 40, of Goemble Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Sunday for DWI, speeding, passing a stop sign and window tint violations. He refused a breath test and was held for court.

LARCENY: Kaitlyn M. Haines, 20, of Douglas Street, was arrested Sunday on two counts of petit larceny. She allegedly stole money from a family member and was held for court.

FORGERY: Nicholas A. Shearer, 20, was arrested Thursday for third-degree forgery, petit larceny and criminal contempt. He is being held in lieu of $2,500 bail. 

DRUGS: Marissa Balsano, 17, was arrested March 19 for unlawful possession of marijuana. She was issued an appearance ticket. 

HARASSMENT: James M. Bigler-Damian, 26, was arrested March 18 for second-degree aggravated harassment. He was released on his own recognizance. 

DWI: Derrell L. Love, 26, was arrested March 17 for DWI, driving a motor vehicle on or across a sidewalk and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He refused to take the breath test and was issued an appearance ticket.

DWI: George Sanders Jr., 29, was arrested March 16 for DWI and an equipment violation. He refused to take a breath test and was issued an appearance ticket.

LARCENY: Zachary K. Meador, 20, was arrested March 15 for petit larceny. He is being held in lieu of $5,000 bail. 

DRUGS: Larry. R. Scott Jr., 24, was arrested March 15 for third-degree criminal trespassing, criminal contempt and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was also arrested March 14 for criminal contempt, second-degree harassment and third-degree trespassing. He was issued appearance tickets and is being held in lieu of $10,000. 

DWI: Jeffrey L. Blalock, 24, was arrested March 15 for DWI, failure to keep right and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket. 

ASSAULT: Samuel L. Resto Jr., 27, was arrested March 14 for third-degree assault, criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use and second-degree menacing. He was issued an appearance ticket. 

HARASSMENT: Thomas A. Lojacono, 69, was arrested March 12 for second-degree harassment. He was issued an appearance ticket. 

OBSTRUCTION: Mark. A. Czerniejewski Jr., 30, was arrested March 12 for second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. He was issued an appearance ticket. 

WEAPON: Kenneth J. Martina, 20, was arrested March 11 for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, criminal possession of a weapon and an equipment violation. He was issued an appearance ticket. 

North Tonawanda

WARRANT: Richard F. Alvarez, 33, 839 18th St., Niagara Falls, bottom left, was picked up by Niagara Falls police, transferred to the North Tonawanda Police Department and charged at 12:31 p.m. Monday with failure to appear in court for a second-degree assault incident. He was held for court. 

THEFT: Matthew J. Ball, 26, 425.5 Witmer Road, was charged at 3:48 a.m. Sunday with theft of services and second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Alison A. Altrogge, 25, 50B Embassy Square, Apt. 1, Tonawanda, was charged at 8:07 p.m. Sunday with second-degree harassment. She was released on her own recognizance. 

ENDANGERING: Madalyne R. Green, 22, 23A Courtside Drive, was charged at 8:15 p.m. Sunday with endangering the welfare of a child. She was released on her own recognizance. 

DWI: Christopher J. Tucker, 34, 158 Keil St., upper, was charged at 12:43 a.m. Monday on Webster Street with DWI. Tucker refused to take a blood alcohol test and was held for court.
