DRUGS: Richard F. Skomra was charged Wednesday with unlawful possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

TRESPASSING: James P. Fancher was charged Wednesday with second-degree criminal trespassing.

LARCENY: Duane L. Jackson and Ishmael E. Johnson were arrested Wednesday with third-degree attempted grand larceny and third-degree criminal trespassing. They are being held in lieu of $100 bail. 

CONDUCT: Daniel L. Parker were charged Tuesday for disorderly conduct. He was released on an appearance ticket.

MISCHIEF: Raudric D. Parks, Michael L. Lowe and Anthony M. Lowe were charged Tuesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief, third-degree criminal tampering and third-degree criminal trespassing. 

GANG ASSAULT: Timothy K. Crossfield, Wendy S. Crossfield and Nathan F. Wheeler were charged Tuesday with second-degree assault and second-degree gang assault. They allegedly beat up a victim near Boswell Place and Burns Street. 

City of Tonawanda

MENACING: Steven E. Lowe, 30, of Hinds Street, was arrested Friday for third-degree menacing and second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Brian M. Delgross, 25, of Beckwith Avenue, Niagara Falls, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance. He was held for court.

North Tonawanda

WARRANT: Kenneth J. Sarratori, 48, of 16th Avenue, was arrested Friday on warrant for fourth-degree grand larceny. He is being held in lieu of $750 bail.

WARRANT: Scott Akdogan, 48, of Orchard Parkway, Niagara Falls, was surrendered Friday on a bench warrant for unlicensed driving. He is being held in lieu of $200 bail.

WARRANT: Richard R. Kohlbacher, 31, of Winkler Drive, Tonawanda, surrendered Friday on a bench warrant for petit larceny. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
