Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

ROBBERY: Joshua S. Saint George, 35, of Saint Davids Road, Lancaster, was arrested Saturday for second-degree robbery, third-degree robbery, fourth-degree conspiracy, grand larceny and criminal facilitation. His codefendant, Emily L. Bonczar, 17, Oliver Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Saturday for second-degree robbery, third-degree robbery, fourth-degree conspiracy, grand larceny, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal impersonation. The pair took a woman’s purse while she was loading groceries into her car in the Tops parking lot on Niagara Street. Saint George and Bonczar are being held in lieu of $25,000 bail each. 

WARRANT: Sean S. Vungaro, 19, Condon Street, Buffalo, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for larceny. He was held for court.

LARCENY: Kevin K. Sheridan was arrested Sunday for petit larceny. He was issued an appearance ticket.

CONTEMPT: Bianca A. Rodriguez was arrested Sunday for second-degree criminal contempt. 

DWI: John F. Citak III was arrested Sunday for DWI, operating an unregistered vehicle, moving from a lane unsafely and driving too slow. He refused a breath test and was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Michael Porter Jr. was arrested Sunday for aggravated DWI, failure to keep right and moving from a lane unsafely. His blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

DRUGS: Kimberly R. Kearns was arrested Saturday for unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, obstruction of vision and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. 

DRUGS: Juan C. Ramirez was arrested Friday for unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, operating a motor vehicle without financial security and unsafe tires. He was released on appearance tickets.

FORGERY: Melvin P. Williams and Dorian S. Withrow were arrested Friday for attempted petit larceny and possession of forged instruments. They were allegedly attempting to cash in forged checks at a local bank.
