WARRANT: Brian M. Delgross, 25, of Beckwith Avenue, Niagara Falls, surrendered Tuesday on a bench warrant for possession of a controlled substance and a suspended driver’s license. He was held for court.
MENACING: Reginald R. Hawkins, 23, of Florida Street, Buffalo, was arrested Monday for menacing, harassment, criminal possession of a weapon, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal mischief, unauthorized use of a vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license. He was held for court.
DWI: William R. Devore, 56, of Gibson Street, was arrested Monday for DWI, a suspended license and passing a red light. He was held for court.
Menacing: Michael Moore II, 34, of Fletcher Street, was arrested Sunday for fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree menacing. He was held for court.
LARCENY: Alicia N. Sutch, 21, of Adam Street, was arrested Friday for attempted petit larceny. She was held for court.
LARCENY: Zachariah W. Harter, 23, 7397 Lake Road, Appleton, turned himself in on and warrant at 1:48 p.m. Tuesday for fourth-degree grand larceny and third-degree unlawful use of a vehicle stemming from a Nov. 11 domestic dispute. He is being held in lieu of $300 bail.
Drugs: Dennis L. Smigel, 29, 5181 Zimmer Road, Avoca, was charged at 8:58 a.m. Tuesday with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was held for court.
Town of Tonawanda
DWI: Robert B. Patrick was arrested Sunday for DWI, operating a vehicle by an unlicensed driver, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, moving from a lane unsafely and speeding. Patrick was allegedly involved in an accident on the I-290 and fled the scene on foot.
DWI: Michael J. Mostipak Jr. was arrested Saturday for aggravated DWI.
DWI: Neil L. Hardick was arrested Friday for DWI and failure to stop at a stop sign. His blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent.
DWI: Steven Kubiak was arrested Thursday for DWI and moving from a lane unsafely. He allegedly struck a parked car and refused to take a breath test. He was issued traffic tickets.
