Tonawanda News — North Tonawanda 

LARCENY: David D. Phelphs, 22, of Zimmerman Street, was charged at 1:25 a.m. Sunday on Spruce Street with attempted petit larceny. He was held for court. 

DWI: Laura J. Spellan, 30, of Eggert Road, Amherst, was charged at 12:01 a.m. Sunday on 12th Avenue with DWI. She refused a breathalyzer test and was held for court.
