DWI: Andrew L. Collis, 27, of Highland Farm Drive, Amherst, was charged Sunday with aggravated DWI and speeding. His blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent and he was held for court. 

CONTEMPT: Jeffrey F. Nowak, 33, of Linwood Avenue, Tonawanda, was charged Sunday with criminal contempt and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Jeffrey M. Grabowski, 21, of Linwood Avenue, Niagara Falls, was arrested Sunday on a bench warrant for suspended registration. He was held for court.

North Tonawanda 

CONTEMPT: Kayla R. Ewing, 19, 668 Oliver St., Apt. A-1, was charged at 12:37 a.m. Tuesday with first-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. She was held for court. 

LARCENY: Timothy J. Begthold, 23, 1234 Military Road, Niagara Falls, was charged at 10:33 a.m. Tuesday with fourth-degree grand larceny, petit larceny and third-degree identity theft. He was brought from Niagara Falls City Court and held for court in North Tonawanda.
