Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Patrick S. Carncross, 24, of Chapman Place, Town of Tonawanda, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant for drug court. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Joseph A. Ababurko, 38, of Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Christopher F. Sondel, 22, of Reserve Road, West Seneca, surrendered Tuesday on a bench warrant for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court.

Town of Tonawanda

DWI: Norman M. Fine was charged Monday with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision. He refused to take a breath test. 

DRUGS: Freddy Owen was charged Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, failure to stop at a stop sign and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

BURNING: Brandon T. Mullen and Brian J. Crimmen were charged Sunday with violating a town ordinance on open burning. They were released on appearance tickets. 

DRUGS: David C. Babiack and Brandi D. Corcoran were charged Sunday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and loitering. They are being held in lieu of $750 bail.

DWI: Mitchell C. Ruoff was charged Sunday with DWI, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, failure to yield right of way and an equipment violation. His blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent and he is being held in lieu of $500 bail.

DWI: Michael A. Calcaterra Jr. was charged Sunday with aggravated DWI and moving from a lane unsafely. His blood alcohol content was 0.24 percent.

DRUGS: James B. Hannon was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana and an unsafe turn. He was released on an appearance ticket.

DWI: Gregory L. Williams Jr. was charged Saturday with DWI, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, speeding and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He refused to take a breath test.
