LARCENY: Christopher T. Dupont, 26, 455 66th St., Niagara Falls, was charged at 7:23 p.m. Thursday with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and petit larceny. He was held for court.

CONTEMPT: Edward K. Vitaris, 28, 46 Stenzil St., was charged at 10:45 a.m. Friday with second-degree criminal contempt. He was held for court. 

City of Tonawanda 

IMPRISONMENT: Chidimma Nwogu, 24, Dalton Street, was charged at 12:01 a.m. Friday with second-degree burglary, endangering the welfare of a child, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment. Police said Nwogu was involved in a custody issue with his former girlfriend over a 2-year-old child, who was located at his home address. He was held for court. 

STOLEN MEAT: Joyce R. Harris, 49, Franklin Street, charged at 12:39 p.m. Friday with petit larceny after police said she stole meat patties from a Tonawanda supermarket. She was released on an appearance ticket then turned over to Buffalo police on an unrelated warrant.
