CONDUCT: William B. Rowe, 25, of Moore Avenue, Buffalo, was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was held for court.

HARASSMENT: Daniel R. Felix, 27, of Adam Street, was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Michelle N. Murphy, 22, of Fillmore Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Saturday on a warrant for city ordinance violations. She was held for court.

RESISTING: Paul F. Smith, 48, of Grove Street, was charged with resisting arrest and endangering the welfare of a child. He was held for court. 

North Tonawanda

DWI: Ronald J. Ivey Jr., 29, of 16th Street, Niagara Falls, was charged Sunday with DWI, passing a red light, failure to yield and having an open container. He refused a breath test and is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

DWI: Paul M. Schwartz Jr., 30, of Woodstock Avenue, Town of Tonawanda, was charged Sunday with felony aggravated DWI, suspended registration, passing a red light and speeding. His blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent and he is being held in lieu of $750 bail. 

HARASSMENT: Natthan L. Baughman, 17, of Washington Street, was charged Friday with second-degree harassment. He was held for court.
