Tonawanda News — North Tonawanda 

HARASSMENT: Jay H. Myers, 53, 289 Rumbold Ave., Apt. A-1, was charged at 2:07 p.m. Sunday with second-degree harassment. Myers was released for court. 

DWI: Shannon M. Sweeney, 23, 874 Lee Ave., was charged at 12:26 a.m. Sunday with DWI and passing a red light. Sweeney has a blood alcohol content of 0.14 and was held for court. 

ASSAULT: Christine D. Lacomb, 50, 205 Oliver St., upper, was charged at 10:52 p.m. Sunday at her home with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. She was held for court. 

OBSTRUCTION: Jayvonna M. Kincannon, 23, and Laasia M. Moss, 26, both of 259 Oliver St., Apt. 1, were charged at 10:02 p.m. Sunday with obstruction of government administration. Moss faced the additional charged of disorderly conduct and was held for court. 

DWI: David P. Bush, 25, was charged at 10:24 p.m. Sunday with DWI, driving while ability impaired with drugs, possession of marijuana and several traffic violations. He refused a breathalyzer test and was released for court.
