Tonawanda News — Town of Tonawanda

POSSESSION: Thomas R. Ekes was charged Tuesday with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle without the owner’s consent, unlawful possession of marijuana, resisting arrest and an unsafe turn. 

DWI: Derek J. Burgler was charged Sunday with DWI and speeding. His blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

DRUGS: Devon E. Elliot was charged Saturday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated DWI, having a controlled substance in a non-original container and moving from a lane unsafely. Her blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent.

DWI: Terrance R. Harris was charged Saturday with DWI, failure to keep right, crossing a divider, moving from lane unsafely and unsafe tires. He refused to take the breath test. 

DWI: Meghan A. McGunigle was charged Friday with DWI, moving from a lane unsafely and failure to use designated lane. Her blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent.

DWI: James K. Keller was charged Feb. 20 with aggravated DWI and speeding. His blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent and he was issued traffic tickets. 

City of Tonawanda

LARCENY: Michael E. Schlifke, 23, of Scott Street, was charged Wednesday for two counts of petit larceny. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Alyssa M. Lori, 21, Linden Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant for false personation. She was held for court.  

North Tonawanda 

WARRANT: Kayla R. Ewing, 19, 668 Oliver St., Apt. 1, turned herself into police on a warrant and was charged at 9:48 p.m. Tuesday with second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree auto stripping, second-degree harassment, leaving the scene of an accident and second-degree criminal contempt. She was held for court. 

DWI: Nicholas C. McConnaughley, 42, 35 Lindwood Ave., Tonawanda, was charged at 3:17 a.m. Wednesday with first-degree aggravated unauthorized operation, DWI, fleeing police officers, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to stop at a stop sign. His blood alcohol content was 0.14 and he was held for court.
