DWI: Justin I. Davis-Woods was arrested Wednesday for DWI. He was held for court. 

City of Tonawanda

DWI: Ray W. Sekera, 21, of Ward Road, Niagara Falls, was arrested Friday for DWI and driving over the shoulder of the road. He was driving on Niagara Street and his blood alcohol level was 0.13 percent. Sekera was held for court. 

CONDUCT: Phillip Bayley, 36, of Stronger Settlement Road, Town of Niagara, was arrested Friday for disorderly conduct. He was urinating on the front door of Rite Aid on Niagara Street. Bayley was held for court.

CONTEMPT: Thomas D. Miskell, 51, of Grove Street, Tonawanda, was arrested Friday for criminal contempt. He was held for court. 

North Tonawanda

HARASSMENT: Laura M. Schmidt, 30 of Lindhurst Drive, Lockport, was arrested Thursday for second-degree harassment. She was released on her own recognizance. 

LARCENY: Corrie E. Delaney, 32, of Oliver Street, was arrested Friday for theft of services, petit larceny and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. She is being held in lieu of $200 bail.

CONDUCT: Shawnale Kizer, 45, of Robinson Street, was arrested Friday for disorderly conduct. Kizer is being held in lieu of $200 bail.
