WARRANT: Karim I. Lewis, 38, of Adlon Place, Cheektowaga, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. All fines were paid.

ASSAULT: William J. Demtley, 39, of Main Street, Clarence, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, criminal possession of a weapon, reckless driving and second-degree harassment. He allegedly struck a pedestrian in the parking lot of Tops on Young Street. He was held for court.

North Tonawanda

HARASSMENT: Gary Z. Burkett, 43, 404 E. Stenzil St., was charged at 3:07 a.m. Thursday with second-degree harassment, following a domestic dispute at his home. He was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Ronald M. Wroblewski, 45, 1470 Master St., was charged at 12:38 a.m. Thursday with second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

LARCENY: Todd A. Biro, 47, 3119 Portland St., Niagara Falls, turned himself into police on a warrant and was charged at 1:31 p.m. Thursday with petit larceny. He was held for court.
