RECKLESS: Garrett M. Saia, 20, 1061 Oliver St., upper, was charged at 4:15 p.m. Thursday with reckless driving, failing to yield the right of way to an emergency vehicle, driving left on pavement on pass and speed in zone. He was released for court. 

City of Tonawanda 

VIOLATION: Anthony C. Hojoczyk, 47, Tussing Lane, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. Thursday on warrant for violation of probation. He was held for court. 

FORGED: Samuel J. McFarland, 26, Crestwood Drive, surrendered on warrant at 3:30 p.m. Thursday and was charged with using a forged instrument. He was held for court. 

 LARCENY: Katie M. Seibert, 22, Laurie Drive, Grand Island, was arrested on warrant 1:30 p.m. Friday for larceny. She was held for court.
