Warrant: Eric M. Edin, 23, of 72nd Street, Niagara Falls, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant for falsely reporting an incident. He was held for court.

DRUGS: Jennifer L. Cramer was charged Thursday with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, moving from a lane unsafely, speeding and unsafe tires. She submitted to a blood and urine test and was issued traffic tickets. 

TRESPASSING: Gregory A. Jones was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal trespassing. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

DWI: Kellie R. Peehler was charged Sunday with DWI and having a controlled substance in a non-original container. She refused a breath test and was issued traffic tickets. 

DWI: Emily G. Talarico was charged Saturday with DWI, failure to notify a change of address, failure to obey a traffic device, unsafe turn and an illegal signal. Her blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent and she was issued traffic tickets.

LARCENY: Patrick I. Montague was charged Dec. 20 with petit larceny, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, criminal mischief and trespassing.

LARCENY: Matthew D. Fullagar was charged Dec. 19 with petit larceny and possession of a hypodermic instrument. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

CONDUCT: Michael E. Kozak was charged Dec. 18 with disorderly conduct. He was released on an appearance ticket.
