WARRANT: Eric M. Lang, 26, Shawnee Road, turned himself in on a warrant issued in March and was charged with failure to appear in court for a disorderly conduct charge. He was held for court.

DRUGS: David G. Colasanti was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and unlawfully growing cannabis. He was released on an appearance ticket.

DRUGS: Nicholas E. Merzacco was charged Tuesday with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, speeding and passing a red light. He submitted to a blood and urine test and was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Jayne A. Bailey was charged Monday with DWI. Her blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent and she was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Nicholas D. Shembeda was charged Monday with DWI, operating an unregistered vehicle, an illegal signal and passing a red light. He refused a breath test.

DWI: Leonard J. Mazur was charged Monday with aggravated DWI, speeding and passing a red light. His blood alcohol content was 0.22 percent.

DRUGS: Amanda Krantz was charged Sunday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree attempted criminal mischief, third-degree criminal tampering and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration.

DWI: Timothy S. Welch was charged Sunday with aggravated DWI and passing a red light. His blood alcohol content was 0.24 percent.

DWAI: Anthony O. Ekeh was charged Saturday with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, changing lanes with hazard, moving from a lane unsafely and driving below the minimum speed limit. He submitted to a blood and urine test.

DWI: Donald J. Stevenson was charged Jan. 30 with DWI and motor vehicle lights not meeting the standards. He refused a breath test and was issued traffic tickets. 

DWI: Suzanne M. Malesky was charged Jan. 29 with DWI, improper use of a restricted license and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. Her blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent.
