DWI: Michael K. Calaty, 24, of Seventh Avenue, North Tonawanda, was charged Tuesday with DWI, speeding and leaving the scene of an accident. His blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent and he was held for court.

DWI: Ryan M. Kempf was charged Monday with aggravated DWI, speeding and passing a red light. His blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent. 

DRUGS: Patrick C. Zwelling was charged Monday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, DWI, third-degree unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, failure to keep right, speeding and an equipment violation. His blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent and he is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

BURGLARY: John L. Mendolera was charged Saturday with second-degree burglary, petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. 

DWI: Matthew P. Merecki was charged Sunday with DWI, failure to yield right of way, failure to keep right, failure to stop at a stop sign and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on the highway. His blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

WEAPON: Rinaldo R. Pearson was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of certain ammunition feed device, fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, DWI, failure to use designated lane and speeding. His blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent and he was held for court.

DWI: Juan Lopez was charged Sunday with aggravated DWI, an equipment violation, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and an illegal signal. His blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent and he was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Fernando A. Castillo was charged Sunday with second-degree harassment. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.

ORDINANCE: Shawn A. Innes was charged Saturday with illegal possession of an open container. He was released on an appearance ticket.

DWI: Amy M. Lewis was charged Friday with aggravated DWI, failure to notify change of address, failure to stop at a stop sign and speeding. Her blood alcohol content was 0.23 percent.

DWI: Jason S. Kane was charged Jan. 1 with DWI, failure to obey a traffic device and speeding. He refused a breath test and was issued traffic tickets. 

DRUGS: Daniel M. Batherson was charged Dec. 30 with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
