WARRANT: Pauline E. Perna, 53, 8533 Krull Ave., Niagara Falls, turned herself in at 2:17 p.m. Thursday on a warrant for facilitating unlicensed operation of a vehicle. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

WARRANT: Margaret E. Murray, 21, 115 Mosher Drive, City of Tonawanda, was charged at 4:48 a.m. Saturday on a warrant issued April 25 for failure to appear to answer a city ordinance violation. She is being held in lieu of $350 bail.
