WARRANT: Leah A. Maher, 23, of Erie Avenue, North Tonawanda, surrendered Thursday on a bench warrant for a stolen vehicle. She was held for court.
WARRANT: Michael T. Ibbett, 27, of Coventry Road, Town of Tonawanda, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for suspended registration. He was held for court.
WARRANT: Andrew A. Loeser, 25, William Street, was arrested Thursday on a bench warrant for criminal contempt. He was held for court.

DRUGS: Marvin Gilliam Jr. and Willie J. Armour were arrested Thursday for unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance. They are being held in lieu of $600 bail.
DRUGS: John Ferraro was charged Wednesday for unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle without financial security and operating a motor vehicle without stop lights. He was issued an appearance ticket.
CONTEMPT: Trumale D. Walker was charged Tuesday for criminal contempt, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, not wearing a seat belt and having two back seat passengers under the age of six with no safety restraints. He was issued traffic tickets.
HARASSMENT: Jennifer K. Balr, 22, 34 7th Ave. apt. A-2, was charged at 4:13 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Oliver and Miller streets with second-degree harassment. She was released on her own recognizance.
HARASSMENT: Brian S. Jones, 34, 34 7th Ave., was charged at 4:14 p.m. Thursday with second-degree harassment. He was released on his own recognizance.
HARRASSMENT: Ashley M. Atwell, 23, 115 Vanderwort St. was charged at 12:38 a.m. Friday with second-degree aggravated harassment. She is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
DISORDERLY: Charles R. Wurl, 43, 293 Elmwood Ave., was charged at 1 a.m. Friday with disorderly conduct. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.
POSSESSION: Kelvin G. James, 51, 32 Thatcher Ave., Buffalo, was brought to North Tonawanda police headquarters by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Department on a warrant related to an April 1 incident. He charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument and petit larceny. He is being held in lieu of $1,000 bail.
