WARRANT: Ernest L. Ruffin, 36, of 23rd Street, Niagara Falls, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court.

North Tonawanda

HARASSMENT: Zachary J. Bull, 23, 221 Robert Drive, right, was charged following a domestic incident 8:56 a.m. Tuesday with second-degree menacing, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Maurice Badlon, 40, 370 Daniel Drive, was charged at 5:45 p.m. Monday with second-degree harassment. He was held for court.

FORGERY: Nicholas E. Merzacco, 22, was charged Sunday with third-degree forgery, third-degree identity theft and fourth-degree grand larceny. He was also charged March 5 with petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. 

DRUGS: Caleb P. Berry, 20, was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana, speeding, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration.

ASSAULT: John B. Semrau, 47, was charged March 3 with second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
