Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Roger W. Urban, 24, of Summit Boulevard, North Tonawanda, surrendered Monday on a bench warrant for DWI. All fines were paid.

DWI: John J. Riordan III, 50, of Bonnett Avenue, Town of Tonawanda, was charged Sunday with DWI and speeding. His blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent and he was held for court. 

DWI: Ryan A. Keifman, 25, of Bedell Road, Grand Island, was charged Sunday with aggravated DWI, driving on the shoulder, speeding and driving left of the pavement markers. His blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent and he was held for court.

DRUGS: Michael T. Eckard, 25, of Payne Avenue, North Tonawanda, was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana and driving on the shoulders. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

WARRANT: Douglas M. Riley, 31, of Vandervoort Street, North Tonawanda, surrendered Friday on a bench warrant for a suspended registration. He was held for court. 

North Tonawanda 

DWI: Andrew R. Dickinson, 23, of Raintree Island, Tonawanda, was charged at 6:58 p.m. Sunday with DWI, DWI drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding. He refused a breathalyzer and was held for court. 

WARRANT: Joseph W. Wodka, 28, of Barralley Street, turned himself in on a warrant and was charged at 1:28 p.m. Monday with second-degree criminal contempt. He was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Cynthia E. Bull, 44, of Oliver Street, was charged at 10:15 p.m. Saturday with second-degree harassment following a domestic incident. She was held for court. 

ROBBERY: Frank J. Arcadi, 49, of Robert Drive, was charged at 2:14 a.m. Monday with first-degree robbery, fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and criminal mischief. He was held for court.
