DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Brandon G. Starkweather, 21, of Payne Avenue, was charged at 9:19 a.m. Saturday with disorderly conduct after police responded to an incident in the 200 block of Payne Avenue. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.

WARRANT: Timothy M. Saleh, 33, of King Street, City of Tonawanda, turned himself in to police at 9:06 p.m. Friday on a Feb. 27 warrant for fourth-degree grand larceny. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

DWI: Lisa A. Stillwell, 42, of Mayville Avenue, Kenmore, was charged at 9:31 p.m. Friday with DWI, suspended registration, no insurance, no turn signal and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. She was charged following a traffic stop on Niagara Street and refused a breath test. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

DWI: Michael W. Gay, 31, of Weston Avenue, Buffalo, was charged at 3:39 a.m. Friday with aggravated DWI, failure to keep right and driving with an open container of alcohol following a traffic stop on Eddy Drive. His blood alcohol content was 0.22 percent following a breath test. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

WARRANT: James L. Jackson Jr., 27, of Bird Avenue, Buffalo, was charged at 1:18 p.m. Saturday on a Feb. 6, 2013 warrant for driving while ability impaired. Jackson was pulled over on Colvin Boulevard at Young Street by City of Tonawanda police on an unrelated matter and turned over to North Tonawanda for failing to pay a fine related to his prior charge. He is being held in lieu of $1,000 bail.
