OBSTRUCTION: Jacob M. McConnell was arrested Sunday for second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and disorderly conduct. 

DWI: Page A. Chapman was arrested Saturday for DWI and failure to obey a traffic device. She refused a breath test and was issued traffic tickets. 

DWI: Emily A. Jonmaire was arrested Saturday for DWI and failure to obey a traffic device. She refused the breath test. 

DWI: Robert A. Sharpe was arrested Saturday for DWI and failure to keep right. His blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

LARCENY: Dwayne E. Johnson was arrested Saturday for petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He allegedly stole a portable CD system and a DVD system from a town Walgreens. 

DRUGS: Jasmine D. Menifee was arrested Saturday for unlawful possession of marijuana. 

TRESPASSING: Connor R. Hennessy, Louis W. Winters, Ryan D. Klamut and Bryan L. Manke were arrested Friday for third-degree criminal trespassing. They were climbing on a school’s roof and were issued appearance tickets.

HARASSMENT: Kaci K. McCranely was arrested Thursday for second-degree harassment and third-degree criminal trespassing. She allegedly harassed an assistant principal of a Ken-Ton school. 

CONTROL: Stephen M. Johnson was arrested Thursday for failure to exercise control of a minor.

DWI: Michael J. Confer was arrested Wednesday for aggravated DWI, failure to keep right, moving from lane unsafely and and an equipment violation. He was allegedly driving on the wrong side of Colvin Boulevard. 

City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Miya D. Claudio, 19, of Bradley Street, Buffalo, was arrested Monday on a warrant for second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. The incident occurred March 1 and she was held for court.

DWI: Daniel R. Thom, 27, of Kohler Street, was arrested Sunday for aggravated DWI and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license. His blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent and he was held for court.
