TRESPASSING: Joshua J. Stone, 37, of Minerva Street, was charged Sunday with trespassing. He was held for court.

DWI: Terisa L. Przybysz, 43, of Woodward Avenue, was charged Sunday with felony DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, driving without a license and speeding. She refused a breath test and was held for court.

DWAI: Nicolette D. Ramsey, 20, Vegola Avenue, Cheektowaga, was charged Saturday with driving while ability impaired by drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana and driving to the left of the pavement markings. She was sent to Erie County Medical Center for blood work and was held for court. 

RESISTING: Jonathan N. Olka, 32, of Oliver Street, North Tonawanda, was charged Saturday with resisting arrest and second-degree harassment.

North Tonawanda

IMPERSONATION: Paul E. Baran, 32, Crestwood Drive, Lockport, was charged at 5:40 p.m. Sunday on Robinson Road with resisting arrest and impersonation. He was held for court. 

SALE: Sharee, R. Bailey, 21, Vern Lane, Cheektowaga, was picked up on a warrant and charged at 10:26 p.m. Saturday with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. Bailey was held for court. 

POSSESSION: Gary L. Snyder, Seventh Avenue, was charged at 11:23 a.m. Monday with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. He was held for court.
