DWI: David Martin, 48, was charged Tuesday with DWI. His blood alcohol content was 0.25 percent.

ASSAULT: Sean D. Bromley, 36, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault.

LARCENY: Steven J. Price, 38, was charged Saturday with petit larceny, trespassing, possession of burglar tools, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and not having a controlled substance in an original container. 

POSSESSION: William N. Smith, 69, was charged Friday with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, a registration plate display violation, an equipment violation, unsafe tires, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver.

DWI: Cleo J. Alexander, 59, was charged Friday with aggravated DWI and an equipment violation. 

INTERLOCK: Candice L. Creamer, 32, was charged Oct. 2 for circumventing an interlock device, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver.

ASSAULT: Donn Sherry, 39, was charged Oct. 2 with third-degree assault, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree menacing.

HARASSMENT: Ryan Nelson, 33, was charged Oct. 1 with second-degree aggravated harassment.

LARCENY: Nicholas R. Darnell, 29, was charged Oct. 1 with fourth-degree grand larceny and three counts of issuing a bad check.

LARCENY: Thomas C. Bator, 44, was charged Sept. 30 with petit larceny and possessing an open container in public.

Town of Tonawanda

DWI: Alphonso R. Dimino was charged Sunday with DWI, passing a red light and failure to exercise due care to avoid an emergency vehicle. His blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

OPEN CONTAINER: Jahnel C. Tobias was charged Sunday with illegal possession of an open container. Tobias was released on an appearance ticket.

DWI: Christopher T. Gallagher was charged Sunday with aggravated DWI and failure to obey a traffic device. His blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent and he was issued traffic tickets. 

DRUGS: Philip A. Washington was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana and an open container. He was released on an appearance ticket.

DRUGS: Olivia D. Montgomery was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana and an equipment violation. She was released on an appearance ticket.

IMPERSONATION: Dhada D. Brown was charged Sunday with criminal impersonation. Brown is being held in lieu of $500 bail. 

OPEN CONTAINER: Dwayne A. Boone Jr. and Kenneth O. Hill were charged Saturday with illegal possession of an open container. They were released on appearance tickets.

DWI: Shannon M. Vaccaro was charged Saturday with DWI, a registration plate violation and an unsafe turn. She refused a breath test.

DRUGS: Dennis R. Walker was charged Oct. 2 with criminal possession of a controlled substance, an unsafe turn and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle.

DWI: Andrew J. Mycek was charged Oct. 2 with DWI and an equipment violation. His blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

LARCENY: Pearl M. Yott was charged Oct. 1 with petit larceny. 

DWI: Vickyann L. Avent was charged Oct. 1 with DWI, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, failure to obey a traffic device and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. Her blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent and she was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Rebecca Reed was charged Oct. 1 with aggravated DWI, a license restriction violation and failure to keep right. She refused to take a breath test and was issued traffic tickets. 

North Tonawanda

POSSESSION: Morgan C. Johnson, 19, 221 Maynard Road, Pittsfield, Pa., and Hannah J. Eisenbaum, 404 Oakwood Ave., East Aurora, were charged at 6:12 p.m Tuesday on Payne Avenue with fifth-degree possession of marijuana. They are being held in lieu of $100 bail each.
