Tonawanda News — NORTH TONAWANDA

DWI: Valerie A. McNair, 35, of Seventh Avenue, was charged at 2:27 a.m. Saturday with DWI and no headlights after a traffic stop on Oliver Street. Police said her blood alcohol content was measured at 0.16 percent following a breath test. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

DWI: Tammy M. Salverson, 36, of Henrietta Avenue, Buffalo, was charged at 1:01 a.m. Saturday with DWI and no headlights after a traffic stop at Oliver and Wheatfield streets. Police said her blood alcohol content was measured at 0.13 percent following a breath test. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

WARRANT: Alexx J. Boehringer, 19, no address listed, was charged at 1:53 p.m. Friday on a warrant for failure to appear to answer a third-degree attempted assault charge. She is being held in lieu of $750 bail.

ACCIDENT: Joseph J. Gregory, 32, of Miller Street, was charged at 4 p.m. Saturday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and making an unsafe lane change after a crash on his street. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

THEFT: A Buffalo woman told North Tonawanda police her purse was stolen around noon Saturday while she was at the NT City Market. The purse contained $700 cash, credit cards, a $100 Target gift card and her driver’s license. No suspects were listed in the report.
