WARRANT: Joseph A. Martin, 23, of Crescent Drive, Niagara Falls, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Nancy J. Giannelli, 45, Wadsworth Avenue, surrendered Thursday on a bench warrant for DWI. She was held for court. 

WARRANT: Joshua M. Newbury, 20, of Oelkers Street, North Tonawanda, surrendered Wednesday on a bench warrant for petit larceny. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Percy P. Turner Jr., 25, of Roeher Street, Buffalo, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for first-degree criminal contempt, aggravated harassment and disobeying a court order. He was held for court. 

North Tonawanda

WARRANT: Amanda L. Aikin, 20, 2787 Stenzil Ave., was charged at 12:30 p.m. Thursday with failure to appear in court for a petit larceny charge. She was held for court. 

WARRANT: Amy L. Newsom, 29, 1349 Pierce Ave., Apt. A-4, was charged at 9:30 a.m. Thursday with failure to appear in court for a disorderly conduct charge. The warrant was issued on June 7. Newsom was held for court. 

LARCENY: Katherine E. Williams, 30, 709 Payne Ave., Apt. 5, was charged at 7:12 p.m. Wednesday on Niagara Falls Boulevard with petit larceny. She was released on her own recognizance. 

LARCENY: Alicia M. Hansrath, 27, 147 Hamilton Blvd., Kenmore, was charged at 7:12 p.m. Wednesday on Niagara Falls Boulevard with petit larceny. She was released on her own recognizance.
