Three 16-year-olds from Tonawanda were arrested Tuesday for possession of marijuana. They were sitting in a car at a Sunoco gas station at Delaware and Broad Streets. Their names were not released, but they were held for court.
Two 16-year-olds from Niagara Falls were arrested Tuesday for third-degree assault and second-degree harassment. They allegedly jumped an acquaintance, also from Niagara Falls, and beat him up in the Gander Mountain parking lot on Young Street. Their names were not released, but they were held for court.
Edward Siwy, 37, of Scott Street, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for petit larceny. He was held for court.
Stephanie M. Bona, 23, of Maryvale Drive, Cheektowaga, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant for suspended registration. She was held for court.
David P. Morgan, 33, of Warren Avenue, Kenmore, surrendered Wednesday on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. All fines were paid.
Jason L. Hill, 31, 23 Cofax Ave., Buffalo, was charged at 9:26 a.m. Wednesday with aggravated harassment. He was helf for court after turning himself in on a warrant.
LARCENY: Jason D. Washington, 24, 5001 Tuscarora Road, Niagara Falls, was charged at 7:54 a.m. Wednesday on Niagara Falls Boulevard with petit larceny. He was held for court.Contact reporter Jessica Bagley at 693-1000, ext. 4150.
