POLICE BLOTTER: Published reports from March 13

OBSTRUCTION: David L. Serrano, 40, 59 Allen St., was charged at 12:28 a.m. Monday on Miller Street with second-degree obstructing government administration, resisting arrest, fourth-degree attempted criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and open container in public. Serrano was held for court in lieu of $500 bail.

DISORDERLY: Eric R. Zellner, 22, 966 Creekside Drive, Tonawanda, was charged at 3:23 a.m. Sunday on Webster Street with disorderly conduct. He was released on a court appearance ticket.

Town of Tonawanda

DWI: Nicole R. Slossen was arrested Friday for DWI, aggravated DWI, driving without a license, speeding and driving without insurance. Her blood alcohol content was measured at 0.22 percent. Slossen was held for court.

DWI: Shannon S. Adinolfi was arrested Saturday for DWI. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Benjamin Rubin was arrested Saturday on a bench warrant. He was held for court.

DWI: Matthew Ball was arrested Sunday for DWI, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, driving without registration, making an unsafe turn and an equipment violation for a bad tail light. He was held for court.

LARCENY: Krysta G. Szumla was arrested Sunday for third-degree grand larceny and making a false entry after police say she stole more than $5,000 from a local Dash’s Market where she worked. Reports state Szumla stole money by creating false bottle return receipts along with other fraudulent transactions on more than 57 separate occasions. She was held for court.

FALSE REPORT: Ashley M. Heffle, 22, of Hinds Street, was arrested Friday for falsely reporting an incident, following a disturbance at a residence. She was held for court.

FIGHT: Joshua A. Miller, 24, of Gath Terrace and Hank A. Bailey, 23, of Ward Road, North Tonawanda, were each arrested Saturday after police say they were involved in a bar fight. Each was held until sober.

DISORDERLY: Carlo T. LaRussa, 24, of Felton Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Saturday for disorderly conduct. He was held until sober.

HARASSMENT: Jeffrey E. Fagarasz, 49, of Longs Avenue, was arrested Saturday for second-degree harassment. He was issued an appearance ticket.

DRUGS: Steven J. Voypovich, 21, of Bucyrus St., Amherst, was arrested Sunday for possession of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket.

BURGLARY: Eric J. Vallone, 23, of Shepard Avenue, Kenmore, was arrested Sunday for second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, first-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was held for court.

DWI: John J. Rizera, 29, of Linwood Avenue, Niagara Falls, was arrested Monday for DWI, driving an unregistered vehicle and speeding. His blood alcohol content was found to be 0.16 percent. He was held for court.
