Tonawanda News — Kenmore

DWI: Jeremy J. Lama, 29, was charged Sunday with DWI, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate and an equipment violation.

TRESPASSING: James Vullo, 17, was charged Friday with trespassing. 

WEAPON: John R. Abbate, 41, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal possession of an assault weapon and third-degree menancing.

ASSAULT: William R. Casal, 49, was charged Sept. 10 with third-degree assault. 

City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Anthony J. Hussar, 25, of Mackinaw Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant for larceny. He was held for court.

CONTEMPT: Marc H. Fischer, 44, of Grove Street, was charged Monday with criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Mia D. Claudio, 20, of Simson Street, was arrested Sunday on a warrant for endangering the welfare of a child. She was held for court.

WARRANT: Stephanie A. Christiano, 24, of Midland Avenue, was arrested Friday on a bench warrant for drug court. She was held for court.

North Tonawanda

DWI: Ryan T. Allgrim, 31, 390 Robinson St., was charged at 6:42 p.m. Monday on Niagara Street with DWI. Allgrim had a blood alcohol content of 0.28 and was held for court. 

POSSESSION: Garrett R. Schroeder, 11 Cottage St., was charged at 10:45 a.m. Monday on Mechanic Street with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was released on $250 bail. 

DWI: Cody R. Jeziorski, 18, 601 Cayuga Creek Road, Cheektowaga, was charged at 4:26 a.m. Sunday on Niagara Falls Boulevard with aggravated DWI. Jeziorski’s blood alcohol content was 0.2 percent. Jeziorski was held held for court. 

DWI: Lauren A. Ricchiazzi, 26, 1310 Forbes St., was charged at 12:28 a.m. Sunday at Miller and Oliver streets. She refused a breath test and was held for court.
