DRUGS: Dequan R. Hughes, 19, was charged Sunday with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone and not wearing a seat belt. 

DWI: Aaron J. Bassett, 30, was charged Saturday with DWI, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, speeding and operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver. He refused to take a breath test. 

DRUGS: Naim N. Young, 34, was charged Thursday with unlawful possession of marijuana. 

LARCENY: Jerame D. Tostanoski, 32, was charged Thursday with petit larceny. 

DRUGS: April E. Vanderbosch, 23, was charged Thursday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and having a controlled substance in a non-original container.

City of Tonawanda

DWI: Charles A. Rybak, 67, of Dolphann Drive, Town of Tonawanda, was charged Sunday with DWI and an unsafe turn. His blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent and he was held for court.

DWI: Paul A. Seal, 41, of Steiner Avenue, was charged Sunday with DWI, operating a motor vehicle without a current inspection, speeding and unlawful possession of marijuana. His blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent and he was held for court.

ASSAULT: Jeffrey E. Rybarczyk, 43, of Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, was charged Saturday with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and third-degree menacing. He was held for court.

HARASSMENT: Daniel D. Perrington, 33, of Franklin Street, was charged Friday with second-degree harassment, violating an order of protection and endangering the welfare of a child. He was held for court. 

North Tonawanda

DWI: Kiel J. Bonavito, 27, 123 Hillcrest Road, Town of Tonawanda, was charged at 2:27 a.m. Sunday on River Road with DWI and passing a red signal. Bonavito had a blood alcohol content of 0.18 percent and was held for court. 

ENDANGERING: Anthony M. Siracuse, 32, 51 Gallatin Ave., Buffalo, was charged at 10:39 a.m. Sunday with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. He turned himself in to police on a warrant and was held for court in lieu of $300. 

DWI: Brett R. Gilman, 21, 14 Felton St., upper, was charged at 1:32 a.m. Monday on Walck Road with DWI and speeding. Gilman’s blood alcohol content was measured at 0.17 percent and he was held for court. 

WARRANT: Lauren E. Campese, 26, 454 Getzville Road, Amherst, was charged at 1:24 p.m. Monday with petit larceny. She turned herself in on a warrant related to a Sept. 26  theft at Walmart. 

LARCENY: Shahanda L. London, 20, 191 Bird Ave., Apt. A-7, Buffalo, was picked up by Buffalo police and charged at 2:38 p.m. Monday with petit larceny. She is being held in lieu of $500 bail. 

BURGLARY: James A. Pucula, 28, 142 Robert Dr., Apt. A-4, was charged at 11:53 a.m. Tuesday on Division Street with second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was held for court. 

Town of Tonawanda

DRUGS: Amanda Beinlich was charged Saturday with criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, and having a controlled substance in a non-original container. She is being held in lieu of $750 bail.

POSSESSION: Allah R. Johnson was charged Friday with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny. He is being held in lieu of $150 bail. 

CONDUCT: Isaiah T. Smith-Young was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
