Tonawanda News — North Tonawanda 

DWI: Kevin J. Curtis, 32, 600 E. Shenck St., was charged at 2:57 a.m. Tuesday with DWI and passing a red light. His blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent and he was held for court. 

WARRANT: David D. Phelps, 22, 152 Nassau Ave., Apt. 4, Kenmore, was charged at 7:51 p.m. Monday with second-degree harassment. He was wanted on a warrant following a domestic incident Nov. 27. He was released on his own recognizance. 

HARASSMENT: David J. Meister, 60, 319 Spruce St., was charged at 7:20 p.m. Monday at his home with second-degree harassment. He was released on his own recognizance. 

City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Rachael M. Frieh, 25, Adam Street, surrendered on a warrant and was charged at 10 a.m. Tuesday with third-degree aggravated unauthorized operation of a motor vehicle. All fines were paid. 

POSSESSION: Timothy M. O’Hara, 20, Lynbrook Avenue, Town of Tonawanda, was charged at 1:30 p.m. Friday during a traffic stop on Ellicott Creek Road with unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of fireworks. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

POSSESSION: Adam W. Chasnov, 46, Lockport Avenue, North Tonawanda, was charged at midnight Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana. Police said he smoking in a parked vehicle. Chasnov was released on an appearance ticket. 

SAFE ACT: Jonathon D. Sfeir, 23, Delaware Street, was charged at 9 p.m. Sunday with unlawful possession of an ammunition feeding device. Police said the charge was related to a Safe Act violation. He was released on an appearance ticket.
