BURGLARY: Robert H. Clark was arrested Tuesday for second-degree burglary, petit larceny and criminal intent to damage property. He allegedly entered a family friend’s home and stole a laptop.

WARRANT: Daniel J. Egan, 21, of Towhee Court, East Amherst, surrendered Wednesday on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. All fines were paid. 

WARRANT: Daniel J. Delaney, 36, West Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Wednesday for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Mark S. Waltz, 41, of Broad Street, surrendered Wednesday on two warrants for second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

TRESPASSING: Mark P. Ernst, 53, of Lafayette Avenue, of Buffalo, was arrested Tuesday for trespassing. He was on the CSX railroad tracks near Roosevelt Avenue and started a small campfire. Ernst was released on an appearance ticket.
