Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

POSSESSION: Kim Renskowski, 54, of Ellicott Creek Road, was charged at 1:41 p.m. Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana and driving left of pavement markings following a traffic stop on her street. She was released on an appearance ticket.

North Tonawanda

THEFT: Two North Tonawanda men were charged following a stop on Division Street at 4:59 p.m. Thursday. James R. Plau, 26, 963 Walck Road, was charged with two counts of fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and Jonathon G. Gaddis, 24, 77 Robert Drive, Apt. 3, was charged with two counts of petit larceny. Both men were released on appearance tickets.

SHOPLIFTING: Richard M. Porembski, 47, 94 Oakwood Terrace, was charged at 3:37 a.m. Friday with petit larceny. An employee at Tops, 301 Meadow Drive, spotted Porembski trying to leave the store with $96.43 in meat without paying. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
