Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Douglas F. Borawski, 30, of Crystal Spring Drive, Amherst, surrendered Wednesday on a warrant for a revoked registration. He was held for court.

DWI: Shawn T. Bender, 22, of Follette Lane, was arrested Tuesday for DWI, driving left of pavement markings and driving with obstructed vision. His blood alcohol content was found to be 0.16 percent. He was held for court.

North Tonawanda 

HARASSMENT: David L. Vigrass, 38, 314 Oliver Street, Apt. 2, was charged at 8:47 p.m. Tuesday with second-degree harassment. He was released on his own recognizance. 

LARCENY: Zachary S. Gravell, 25, 663 B St., Cayuga Village, was charged at 6:18  a.m. Wednesday with petit larceny. Gravell was held for court.
