HARASSMENT: Jonathan Miles was arrested Thursday for second-degree harassment and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 years of age.
DRUGS: Richard Quider was arrested Thursday for unlawful possession of marijuana and motor vehicle lights not meeting legal standards. He was issued an appearance ticket.
DRUGS: Megan Sanders was arrested Wednesday for unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a controlled substance and having a controlled substance in a non-original container. She was issued an appearance ticket.
DWI: Monica L. Ridgway was arrested Tuesday for aggravated DWI, refusal to take breath test, failure to keep right and speeding. She was driving near Eggert Road and Colvin Boulevard and her blood alcohol level was 0.19 percent.
PERSONATION: Lacey L. Kubasiak, 25, of Kenmore, was arrested Monday for false personation. She was issued an appearance ticket.
DWI: Evan R. Zynda, 30 of Williamsville, was arrested Monday for aggravated DWI, driving the wrong direction and failure to keep right. He was driving the wrong way on Belmont Avenue and his blood alcohol level was 0.28 percent. He was issued three traffic tickets and was turned over to Erie County Medical Center staff.
ALCOHOL: James W. Thomas, 30, of Buffalo, was arrested Monday for operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
DWI: Vincent Supples, 49, of Kenmore, was arrested Sunday for DWI, following too close and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. He was involved in a two car accident at Sheridan Drive and Delaware Road. One victim was taken to Kenmore Mercy Hospital. Supples refused a breath test.
DRUGS: Jonathan S. Hyers, 23, was arrested Sunday for unlawful possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. He was allegedly doing doughnuts in a parking lot and was issued appearance and traffic tickets.
