TRESPASS: John Tuttolomondo was arrested Sunday for third-degree criminal trespassing and petit larceny. He was held for court. 

TRESPASS: Harris Odell was arrested Sunday for third-degree criminal trespassing and petit larceny. He was held for court.

LARCENY: Kenya Williams was charged Sunday with petit larceny. She was released on an appearance ticket. 

NUISANCE: Alexander W. Ranney was charged Sunday with criminal nuisance. He was transported to the hospital.

DWI: Amy R. Dauria was charged Sunday with aggravated DWI, obstructing traffic at an intersection, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway and passing a red light. Her blood alcohol content was 0.22 percent.

VIOLATION: Mohamed A. Alghazali was charged Saturday with violating a town ordinance by peddling without a permit. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

DRUGS: Daniel S. Rich was charged Saturday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, possession of a hypodermic instrument, unlawful possession of marijuana and an unsafe turn. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

DRUGS: Zachary A. Skiba was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana and not having adequate lights on the a bike. He was released on an appearance ticket.

VIOLATION: Nikolaos H. Bulla was charged Saturday with violating a town ordinance on noise disturbance. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

DWI: Anthony L. Watts was charged Friday with felony DWI, operating a motor vehicle without an interlock device, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. His blood alcohol content was 0.09 percent.

DRUGS: Timothy R. Champaigne was charged July 25 with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, an equipment violation and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. 

TRESPASS: Daniel W. DiPasquale Jr. was arrested July 25 for second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and third-degree criminal trespassing. He is being held in lieu of $1,000 bail. 

PERSONATION: Dequan F. Simmons Jr. was arrested July 25 for false personation. He was held for court. 

DWI: Eric K. Dunford was charged July 24 with DWI, passing a red light and motor vehicle lights not meeting the standards. His blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent. 

City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Vincent T. Collis, 19, of Fix Road, Grand Island, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant for drug court. He was held for court. 

DWI: Patricia L. Gilbert, 32, of 75th Street, Niagara Falls, was arrested Tuesday for DWI, driving under the influence of drugs, passing a red light, improper turn and failure to obey a traffic control device. She refused sobriety tests and was held for court.

TRESPASS: Randall C. McCoullum, 49, was charged Wednesday with trespassing.

HARASSMENT: Theodore A. Zollendeck, 33, was charged Wednesday with second-degree harassment and third-degree assault.

LARCENY: Kenneth A. Pope, 41, was charged Tuesday with petit larceny. 

DWI: David C. McDermitt, 47, was charged Sunday with aggravated DWI. 

ALCOHOL: James M. Stewart, 17, was charged Saturday with giving alcohol to a person under age 21 and acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 years old. 

CHOKING: Anthony E. Pompeo, 35, was charged July 25 with criminal obstruction of breathing.
