Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

FORGERY: Jonathan A. Nighswander, 24, Sweeney Street, North Tonawanda, was charged at 6 p.m. Friday with second-degree forgery. The felony charge is related to a forged prescription that police say was used at a local pharmacy. He was held for court. 

DWI: Joseph D. Jakubaszek, 28, Red Jacket Road, Grand Island, was charged at 2:24 a.m. Saturday on Niagara Street with with DWI, failure to move over and speeding. His blood alcohol was 0.20 and he was held for court. 

DISORDERLY: Alexander R. Keil, 28, of Main Street, was charged at 4:58 a.m. Sunday with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Keil was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Ryan R. Rodems, 22, Kyle Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested on a warrant at 11:07 a.m. Monday for second-degree harassment. He was held for court.

North Tonawanda 

LARCENY: Cassandra A. Jimenez, 25, 247 1/2 Oliver Street, Apt. 2, was chgarged at 10:27 a.m. Monday with petit larceny. She was held for court. 

LARCENY: Kristen L. McClearly, 23, 194 Mead St., Apt. C2, was charged at 10:26 a.m. Monday with petit larceny. She was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Jonathan N. Olka, 31, 965 Oliver Street, lower, was charged at 8:43 p.m. Saturday on Marion Street with second-degree harassment. He was released for court on $100 bail. 

DWI: Erik H. Sargent, 19, 342 Lindwood Ave., was charged at 10:15 a.m. p.m. Saturday on Raymond Avenue with driving while ability impaired, DWI, failure to stop at a stop sign and possession of marijuana. Police said Sargent was involved in an automobile accident. Authorities are awaiting the results of a blood test. 

DWI: Thomas D. Dubile, 28, 891 Richmond Ave., Buffalo, was charged at 2:26 a.m. Saturday with DWI and driving the wrong way on a one-way street. His blood alcohol content was 0.15 and he was held for court.
