MISCHIEF: Wade E. Josiah, 21, was charged Tuesday with criminal mischief.

DWI: Tabatha A. McInroy, 35, was charged Sunday with aggravated DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and failure to obey a traffic device.

OBSTRUCTION: Taylor S. Bork, 19, was charged Aug. 2 with second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest. 

LARCENY: Craig A. Urbanczyk, 24, was charged July 31 with petit larceny, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, having a controlled substance in a non-original container and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. 

North Tonawanda 

TRESPASS: Richard M. Porembski, 47, 94 Oakwood Terrace, was chrged at 11:19 p.m. Wednesday on Meadow Drive with trespassing. He was held for court. 

CONTEMPT: Terrence N. Schlifke, 27, 45 Warren Drive, Tonawanda, was charged at 10:45 a.m. Thursday with second-degree criminal contempt. Schlifke was released on his own recognizance. 

DWI: Kenneth G. Tergeon, 44, 896 Main St., West Seneca, was charged at 9:17 p.m. with DWI, consumption of alcohol in motor vehicle and several traffic violations. Police said his blood alcohol content was 0.33. He was held for court. 

MENACING: Mark A. Herr, 53, 22 Eastwick Drive, Williamsville, was charged at 8:46 p.m. Tuesday with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was held for court.
