LARCENY: Marvin L. Miller Jr., 33, of East Hazeltine, Kenmore, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for fourth-degree grand larceny and identity theft. He is being held in lieu of $750 bail.

LARCENY: Cory D. Espinola, 23, of Brookside Terrace, Tonawanda, was arrested Thursday for five counts of petit larceny. He allegedly stole items from Walmart. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

MENACING: Patricia S. Levine, 49, of Niagara Street, was arrested Friday for second-degree menacing, criminal possession of a weapon and attempted assault. She was held for court. 

WARRANT: Michael C. Janowsky, 31, of Mitchell Drive, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was held for court.
